    This recipe was so easy to follow and the salmon tasted amazing! I will definitely cook it again.

    Quick Question: Do you coat both sides of the salmon with cornstarch or just the side with the skin? I’m just wondering because in the photo it doesn’t look like it was coated with cornstarch.

      Hi Maria, I coated both sides. But since the teriyake glaze will end up giving a shiny coating, the salmon will not look like it was coated with cornstarch at all :)
