Ingredients

  • 50 gram fresh ginger, peeled and bruised
  • 3 lemongrass, chopped and bruised
  • 100 gram sugar
  • 500 ml water

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  2. Turn off heat and strain into 2 glasses. Serve immediately.
